Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable shopping with MUVQIA™. The terms below explain when returns, exchanges, and refunds may be requested.

1. Return Window and Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To qualify, returned merchandise must:

• Be in the condition in which it arrived
• Be unused and unworn, with original tags when applicable
• Include the original packaging
• Be accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase

2. Requesting a Return

Before sending an item back, contact us at:

After a return request is approved, we will send:

• A return shipping label
• Instructions explaining where and how the package should be sent

Please do not mail an item before receiving approval. Returns shipped without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Orders

Review the contents of the shipment when it arrives. Contact us right away when an item is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. We will assess the issue and work to correct it.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following are not eligible for return:

• Perishable goods, including food, plants, and flowers
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal-care goods, such as beauty or hygiene items
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Original shipping charges paid at checkout

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

If you are uncertain whether an item is eligible, please contact us before beginning the return process.

5. Exchanges

The quickest way to obtain a different item is to return the original product. Once that return is accepted, place a new order for the item you would like instead.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered to the European Union, you may cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.

The item must be unused and unworn, include any tags, remain in its original packaging, and be accompanied by proof of purchase. This right applies in addition to the standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds

We will inspect the return once it reaches us and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing; your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.

8. Return Address

Use the return label and instructions supplied by MUVQIA™ before mailing any item. A return label is required.
